Josh was first exposed to investing as a child while sitting at the dining room table with his grandfather and pouring over stock symbols and closing prices in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.  It wasn’t obvious in the moment, but his love of investing and thinking about the future is something that would never go away.

Josh went to Georgia Southern University (where Great Americans go to get educated…) and graduated with honors receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.  After college, he and his wife moved to Thailand as missionaries working with Thai college students.

​

Josh joined QM Advisors in 2022.  The QM Philosophy is well-suited to his technical nature and his genuine desire to help others.  We start by focusing on the client and seeking to understand their beliefs about money and their goals for the future.  With a roadmap in place, we use both “Q”uantitative and funda”M”ental analysis to put our client's resources to work for their future.

Josh lives in Augusta, GA with his wife Catherine and 4 children.  He enjoys spending time with his family and working on old cars. He has a weakness for 60’s and early 70’s era American muscle cars as well as classic Toyotas.
