Andrew Toering, CFP®

Senior Financial Advisor

For over a decade, Andrew has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop sound strategies by focusing on each individual’s specific needs while working at several large financial institutions. During that time, he dedicated his career to delivering the personalized investment planning services that his clients and their families deserved. He works with high net worth individuals, families and business owners, focusing on cultivating and managing clients’ wealth, not only emphasizing disciplined growth, but risk mitigation to help preserve current accomplishments for their intended purposes and future enjoyment. He likes to work together with his clients to create encompassing investment and planning strategies, specifically tailored towards the achievement of their goals. Andrew came to QM Advisors as he believes there is no true “one size fits all” solution in this industry. QM Advisors encourages finding the solution that fits what the client needs, not shoe-horning the client into something the financial institution has on the shelf.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science from Hope College, a Master of Science from Georgia Tech and somewhat more recently, a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. In addition, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and insurance licensed to address business planning, life, disability or long-term care needs that clients may have.

Once upon a time hailing from the upper Midwest, he and his family reside in Tyrone, where his wife, Lauren, is a teacher for the Fayette County School District. He has two middle school-aged kids, a son, Miles, and a daughter, Lily, with a younger brother, Hunter, itching to start school soon. He and Miles are actively involved with Boy Scouts.
